54th Swallows Day Parade!

The 54th Annual Swallows Day Parade was held in San Juan Capistrano this week!  The parade is one of The Tangled Vine's favorite local events, and we were there in full force!  I snapped pictures, while Bonnie cheered and waved at the kids in the parade!  We laughed, and made some new friends along the way, here are some images of the days fun!

My favorite float every year!  The Mission Church bell with swallow children "flying" around!  Do you think they would let me wear a bird costume next year and "fly" with them?  Maybe?

Lovebirds: Crystal & Mike

She has a smile that brightens up the darkest room, hair you would die for, and her laugh... it's infectous.

Miss Crystal Rose. 
We met five years ago. 
I was serving and she was my bartender. 
I loved her energy instantly. 

Michael, Mike, Mikey, Animal, Booshie, Cheezy Puff... I could go on... here are just a handful of Mike's (that what I call him) endearing nicknames from Crystal.  Yes, they are this cute!  I met Mike around the same time as Crystal, at the same restaurant, dishing out the same chips and salsa... Their flirting started small, but we all saw it very clearly... they were in love, and now, they are getting Married!

Happy One Year to US!

Today we celebrated The Tangled Vine's One Year Anniversary!  We are so excited for what the future holds and we can't wait to share what we've been working on!
